Scrap or Marketplace?

I was helping clean out my dad’s attic and came across these hubcaps. He was planning to put them and the rims (5 hole) in the scrap pile, but I think someone working on an older car could maybe use them.
Could someone tell me what kind of vehicle they came off of? The outer dim is 16” and the tab area where it attaches measures 15.5”. The center with the Lincoln looking symbol appears to be some sort of soft aluminum decal. (These were on a 73 Cheyenne that he bought used back in the 70’s, so we don’t know their origin.) Much appreciation for any help!
