Be it brake adjustment, chain adjustment, throttle repairs, tire repairs, wiring issues, and troubleshooting. After purchasing, we also offer customer on boarding where we educate the customer on how to use the bike, maintain the bike, as well as where to find our services. We are located along Lusaka Road opposite Rome Hub. Bring your Rome for service or checks from 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on weekdays and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays. We have an open floor service pay where our riders get the opportunity to interact with our technicians as their bike getting sorted. We also offer complimentary charging as the bike getting fixed and we also offer sales on this location. We had feedback from the riders that they really wanted an interactive service that is closer to them. That’s why we chose this location. We brought service close to our riders at this site. We we able to service 150 riders a day and over 3,000 riders a month. In less than 1 hour, the bikes is actually serviced and the riders gets back on the road.
