Should I get bc extreme lows?

I’m looking for a set of coilovers and control arms/camber plates and I’m not really sure what to get. 205/45 on 17×8+35 looking to run a mild tucked fitment that won’t ruin the daily ride quality, and I’m currently choosing between st x, bc br, and extreme lows. I wouldn’t like to have the option do go pretty low but I’m not sure about the range of the extreme lows like if I can’t raise them up or if they need spacers. I don’t know anything about suspension really so any help choosing would be great 😅
