"Under financial pressure in the 90s, Russia's Titan Design Bureau, maker of the Topol ICBM's launcher, marketed a suspiciously-shaped "telescopic antenna mast" truck for civil use.
The mast, when extended, could go 66 meters high and took 15 minutes to set up. It could hold up to 500 kg in antennas on top and sustain "25 m/s" wind speeds."
