broken coils

does anyone have an idea to what the cause of my coil snapping would be, this is the third time it’s happened to me on 2 different brands of coils (bc and twice on godspeed) it’s happened on two different cars now and i don’t know if this is a “common” issue or if there’s something else i’m missing
