myVW Account Management

Managing your myVW account is simple. Just
tap the Account tab to customize and control your information. You can set your notification
preferences. Choose what updates you want to see, from vehicle status to marketing messages
and even weather updates. Stay on top of active subscriptions, enroll in new plans, and
view details for your warranties and service plans. You can also check for over-the-air updates
available for your vehicle. Need to book service? You can set a preferred dealer in just a few
taps, and even choose to automatically share Vehicle Health Reports with their service team so
they can help keep your VW running smoothly. Want to share access to features in the myVW app with a
trusted driver? Head to the Additional Users menu, tap the plus icon, enter their info, and
decide what features they’ll have access to. After you hit send, they’ll receive an invite to
download the app and get connected. To stay up to date with new features after an app update, check
out the release notes here. And for important alerts, visit the Message Center. Should you ever
need to update your profile information or change your PIN, you can do so here. Everything you need
to manage your account, right where you need it.

Learn how to view and manage different aspects of your myVW account, such as notification preferences, subscriptions, additional users, and more.
