Lectric XP 3.0: The BEST E-Bike for Tesla Supercharger Stops? (1 Year Later)

Hey, what’s going on everyone? Shiva Sapata here with another ebike video. Today we’re going to be talking about the electric ebikes, why they are so popular and the specifically electric XV 3.0 series. That is the bike that I have. I’ve been using this for about a year now and I know the XP 4.0 comes out, but this bike is already really amazing. But I’m going to talk about some of the changes that they have made with the XP 4.0 and the improvements that they have made, some of the quirks that we had with the 3.0. Electric has completely taken over the ebike world. They have sold more ebikes than anyone else out there with over 400,000 riders in their community. If you go to a beach or a trail, you are likely to spot electric bike out there. And for the past year, I have been one of them. The Luxury XP 3.0 has become an integral part of my daily routine, seamlessly fitting into my life and the trunk of my Tesla. The first thing that blew me away and continues to impress me is the sheer practicality of this bike. The folding mechanism is super simple and intuitive, making it incredibly portable. As you can see, it fits perfectly in the back of my Tesla Model Y. This has been a gamecher for me. It is not just a quick trip to the grocery store. It is the genuine last mile solution. I can pull up to a supercharger, plug in my Tesla, unfold the bike, and just go run errands or grab a coffee. No more just waiting around. This bike truly complements the EV lifestyle, giving me the freedom of moment where I need it when I need it. Now, the biggest question with any ebike is how does it hold up over time? My experience has been fantastic with maintenance being surprisingly minimal. In fact, the only thing I have had to replace were the brake pads, and that job was so quick it almost felt like it didn’t count. I just had to unbend a pin, pop in the new brake pad, and I was done. I have seen countless reviews from other long-term electric owners and the sentiment is exactly the same. I’ve read about people with thousands of miles on their bikes reporting very few issues. The idea is that this bike is built like a tank. It is practical. It is to be used daily and it handles the rigors of the city riding and light rail with an ease. Even after hundreds of charges, the batteries hold up well, giving riders the range they need for commutes or leisers ride without range anxiety. In my case, I have not noticed any significant drop in range after many, many charges. It charges well and it holds up well with the range, especially with the optimized use of pedaling as well as the throttle. Now, let’s talk about the value proposition because that is where electric shines. For a bike priced under $1,000, the XP 3.0 comes with features you’d expect on bikes costing twice as much. It comes fully assembled, complete with fenders and rear rack that can handle some serious weight. It has a powerful 500 watt motor with a,00and peak and even higher on some variants with XV 4.0, a top speed of 28 miles per hour, those large comfortable tires. Comes with other things like suspension seat posts, really nice fun fork suspension. It also has other uh features such as torque sensor, uh the hydraulic brakes, just a sheer volume of features that you typically find on a much much of a higher class ebikes than what is being sold here. So, the overall value proposition is what is super attractive about electric. That’s why they are very very popular. Electric’s direct to consumer model allows them to pack this high-end features at an unbeatable price point and their customer service is consistently praised by the community. they truly stand by their product and make sure that they are supporting their product no matter when they sold the products. Now, with any product, there are a few quirks. On my XP 3.0, I had to keep the key at ignition at all times while I had to ride. I don’t like this because I’m worried that I’m going to bend the key if I’m folding and unfolding the bike. And just having that key there just makes me a little bit nervous. XP 3.0 also doesn’t have any trron signals on the tail light which is a nice safety features to have especially riding at nighttime. Now the great news is that electric is constantly listening to customers. They addressed both of those points with a brand new electric XV 4.0. The new model only requires a key to remove the battery allowing for a keyless riding. This also adds an integrated turn signal. But perhaps the most exciting upgrade is the new torque sensor. My XV 3.0 0 has a cadence sensor which simply turns on the motor when you pedal. The torque sensor on the XP 4.0, however, senses how hard you are pedaling and applies power accordingly, giving you much more natural and intuitive riding experience. After a year of riding, I can tell you that XP 3.0 is more than just a bike. It is a valuepacked workhorse that has exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for an affordable, durable, and highly practical ebike, then XP 3.0 0 or its even better successor, the XP 4.0 is a choice that you will not regret. So, that is everything that I wanted to talk about this electric XP 3.0. On today’s video, I wanted to give you a one-year use case, my review, my thought process on this bike. And as I said, I am absolutely in love with this electric bike. I take it everywhere I go. It is super easy to ride and just super portable that I can just fit this on my trunk and be able to just take this everywhere in the trail, in the park. I can take this to the beach. Uh it’s super, as I say, super portable. Tesla superchargers really good use case for this electric bike and the parts and everything has held up. No issues so far. But I am interested in knowing your feedback, your use case. If you have electric eBike, how do you like it? How do you use it? Please let me know in the comment section below. If you had to interact with their customer service, is it good? Please let me know as well. Thank you so much for watching this video.
