I drive in here every morning with a smile. AMG spirit is really about moving things forward, starting things together, but also finishing things together. Because I’ve been dreaming of working at AMG since I was a little kid. and now I am finally part of the team. Team spirit means to me that we grow together as a team. in the face of challenges. Being right at the forefront. That colleagues are often more than just colleagues. They have truly become real friends in everyday life. The culture at Mercedes-AMG is truly special and, to me, absolutely amazing. This personal communication, this direct approach, this sense of knowing each other, it’s something truly special that I’ve never experienced before in my career. I can say that my team does an incredible job. Everything that helps us, bring cars to the road and excite our costumers, and make this brand even bigger and more exciting than it already is. And it’s incredibly diverse. For me, personally, being part of AMG simply means being part of something big that the whole world knows about. And yet, it is only a small team in Affalterbach. Make the best possible contribution straight away. Be bold. Have courage. Speak openly. Be transparent. That is exactly what AMG needs. We always strive to go the extra mile. That we tackle even the impossible together. and make the impossible possible. That’s why we feel like the World’s Fastest Family. I see it every day, people are simply incredibly solution and goal-oriented. We do have fantastic jobs and it is fun to work for this company.
