Lynk & Co 10 EM-P | Plug-in Hybrid Sedan with All-Wheel Drive and Smart Technology | 300,000 RMB
The launch of Lynk & Co’s first medium-sized plug-in hybrid sedan, the Lynk & Co 10 EM-P, has been met with considerable interest. Combining Lynk & Co’s advanced technology and performance genes, this flagship vehicle looks set to completely disrupt the hybrid sedan market in terms of performance, intelligence, quality, and comfort, all priced up to 300,000 RMB.
Its most striking feature is its “walking luxury feel.” With a length of 5050 mm, a width of 1966 mm, and a wheelbase of 3005 mm, the vehicle creates a golden ratio, reflecting the low-slung stance of a supercar while maintaining the elegance of a medium-sized sedan.
The sharp “Dawn Light” daytime running lights at the front, combined with the ultra-thin, blade-like headlights, create a striking visual signature. These Valeo dual-module headlights are equipped with 15 high-brightness LEDs and offer a high-beam range of 412 meters and a low-beam coverage of 28.5 meters. When encountering mountain roads at night, the intelligent high- and low-beam adjustment system precisely avoids oncoming traffic, illuminating only the vehicle’s own lane.
The side profile features a classic coupe-like silhouette with a 26.5° raked A-pillar and a 12° upward-slanted C-pillar. Frameless doors and a hidden water-filled scoop design allow the windows to seamlessly integrate with the body. It delivers a low coefficient of drag of 0.219Cd. The 21-inch multi-spoke, bi-tone wheels, combined with 255/40 R21 Continental Ecocontact 7 tires designed for low rolling resistance and quiet operation, create a striking visual impact. Their special formula also provides excellent wet grip and roadholding.
The rear end of the vehicle, with its dot-matrix taillights, still resembles the Next Day concept car, setting it apart from the current trend of homogeneous design. It also features an active, hidden rear wing that adds 20 kg of downforce when deployed, providing improved handling and stability.
Regarding range, it offers two battery capacity options: CATL’s 18.4 kWh lithium-iron phosphate battery, which offers a pure electric range of 120 km under CLTC conditions, and Quzhou Jidian’s Shield BRIC battery, which offers a pure electric range of 240 km under CLTC conditions, suitable for urban commuting and autonomous driving. The BRIC super hybrid battery utilizes specialized cells developed in-house for electric hybrid operation, offering four key advantages: ultra-long life, super-fast charging, ultra-fast charging, and exceptional safety.
The newly designed instrument panel and dashboard offer a clean and simple aesthetic. The extensive soft-touch and fleece fabrics used throughout the interior offer an elegant feel and premium texture. Contrasting stitching highlights the vehicle’s attention to detail.
The overall design of the dual-spoke multifunction steering wheel is elegant and mid-sized. The pronounced left and right buttons make it more comfortable to use. The steering wheel grip is made of suede with added grip and feels great. The flat-bottom design adds a number of sporty elements.
The 25.6-inch AR-HUD head-up display projects information 4 meters in front of the vehicle without affecting the driver’s normal driving perspective. It covers a wide area, and the lane-level guidance matches real-world road conditions. Displayed information is clear and intuitive and includes four main modes: minimalist, AR, map, and SR multi-lane.
The 12.66-inch high-resolution LCD display The instrument panel features an extra-long horizontal screen design and incorporates a trio of safety technologies, including AG anti-glare, AR anti-reflective, and AF anti-fingerprint technologies, ensuring clear reading of driving information in any environment. The 15.4-inch central control display features an ultra-narrow bezel design for exceptional visual quality. It also features the next-generation LYNK Flyme Auto in-car system, powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 chip, offering seamless touchscreen interaction and connectivity with a wide range of mobile phones, including ICCOA 1.6, HiCar, and CarPlay.
Powered by a “triple power source,” the vehicle boasts smart hybrid technology, featuring a 1.5T Evo hybrid engine, a DHT Evo hybrid electric drive, and a rear axle P4 asynchronous motor. The vehicle delivers a maximum power output of 390 kW, a maximum torque of 755 Nm, and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.1 seconds.
