I Purchased the Cheapest Electric Dirt Bike On AMAZON // Tuttio + Tuning

This, ladies and gentlemen, is a 2T. And I ordered this because of you guys. I got this thing on Amazon for $12.99. I think it came to my door within 2 days at $1,400 after shipping and tax. This thing is going to be fun. Let’s unbox it, take it out for a spin, and see if this thing’s worth it by the end of the video cuz everyone is talking about this. And the reason why everyone’s talking about this thing, just so you guys don’t know, this is the cheapest electric dirt bike that you can buy on Amazon right now. Hey, heat. Hey. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. And here she is, ladies and gentlemen. It didn’t take very long to do. It actually only took like an hour to put this bike together. Very simple to do. The only thing I got caught up on a little bit was trying to figure out uh where these go cuz at first they were just hanging on the handlebars and I didn’t know that it had this crossbar. Also, I used the wrong bolts. So, I got to switch these out cuz these will literally stab you in the face if you ride with those like that. But for the most part, it is together. The only thing aftermarket that I put on the bike so far cuz there’s so many mods for this is I got this uh number plate right here. I also have a custom number coming. And if you guys want to know, I got this from Amazon and this is what it looks like. Now, a few things that I noticed when charging this bike is that this charger that no one talks about, this gets so damn hot that I’m surprised that it did not start a fire in my garage. I felt unsafe even having it on the wood over here. So, I made sure to give it some nice ventilation so I didn’t have a issue. But, I haven’t heard of any fires happening with the charger. It’s just something I noticed. The other thing I noticed is that there are no lights on this bike. It’s actually something I didn’t even pay attention to and I normally ride at night. So, I did put a light in the front. I actually did order a custom light bar that’s going to probably mount right here and right here. And then it’s going to be a lot brighter than that thing. And then I also got a shred light R1. I actually have two of them. The other one’s charging so I can have one to go for later. But anyway, I put a light that flashes down here. It can also just stay red and it is very, very bright. So, if you guys are looking for a some type of tail light, but it’s not going to be a brake light cuz it’s obviously not going to work with the sensors, I got that put on there. But, yeah, I was surprised to know that this thing does not have any lights that come on the bike. That’s my own fault for not doing my own research on this bike. I just saw a lot of people riding them and having fun and you guys like the other videos, so I figured why not buy it and put it together and then saw that afterwards. But, I also bought this, too. This is another accessory that I got. This is the dongle. You get this on Amazon. It’s 20 bucks, so I figured why not? It’s to basically tune the far driver controllers and you just basically hook it up and it gives you Bluetooth to the controller. So stay tuned to the end of the video and let’s see if this actually changes a lot to this bike. But first, let’s review it the way it comes out of the box. All right, we are out here and first impression, it’s small, don’t get me wrong. It’s definitely small, but it feels really fun. It definitely feels like a cool little tiny bike. And I’m 5’9. I’m right at the top of where they say you can be to ride this bike. And I feel perfectly fine on it. I actually don’t feel like I’m oversized for it. It just feels like it sits really low to the ground because of tires that it has on here. But yeah, this thing is uh pretty ripping around the corners. Now, I noticed that the display will say 36. My phone only says 33 32. It’s only about 32. So, that’s all I’m getting speedwise out of here. The next thing I noticed is it’s loud compared to a regular like a hub driven bike where it’s quiet. Like maybe a Suron. A Suron is probably louder than this cuz you have the chain, but also you can hear the motor of the Suron too. But this is okay. It’s right under a Suron. At least mine anyways. But it still makes noise. It’s not the most quietest electric bike out there. So, if you’re looking for something that doesn’t have any noise whatsoever, this probably wouldn’t be the bike for you. So, now let’s go off-road and see how this thing is. So far, I’m pretty impressed by how the suspension feels. Woo! Struggles a little bit. A little bit when you’re going through some uh tough stuff. It still has a decent amount of low-end power. You can always change out the the sprocket in the back as well if you want, but it’s getting it though. Oh, it’s getting it. Woo! Dang. All right. Hell yeah. Let’s go. Woo. Oh, this is super fun. Super super fun. Oh, yeah. I don’t know when this ends, but let’s just take this for a ride. Oh, this is this is fun. This is definitely worth the money. Super cheap. Super cheap. Oh. Whoa. Whoa. Oh, that was massive. Go, go, go. I can feel those tires digging in. It’s helping us pull us up this. Hell yeah. Awesome. Little shortcut to the other road. Now, one of my critiques would be is it’s obviously not made for a huge size adult. And the way this display is connected to the throttle, it is so close that my hands like if I don’t want to be rubbing against this, I feel like I’m going to start getting a uh blister or I’m going to get some red marks right here because my hand is so big. And every time I pull it, my thumb is kind of hitting this. So, I’d have to be with my hand over here, but then you have this little lump right here. It’s not a It’s not the end of the world. I’m probably bitching about really nothing. It’s just something I wanted to point out. And uh this keeps sliding off. So, I know this need to be probably tightened a little bit more. That’s kind of how it came, but I we’ll just leave it for now. But check out this torque right off the bat. 1 2 3. Whoa. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. See? Oh. See? You see what I’m talking about. Don’t lean back on this bike. Here we go. 1 2 3. Woo. Dang. Yeah, this thing will definitely pick up if you sit too far on the back of it. Shortcut. Little shortcut. Woo. Man, you can take this thing really anywhere. I can see what all the hype is about on this thing. It is really fun. I am really enjoying myself out here. I might look kind of stupid cuz I’m big, but who cares what people think if you’re having fun? That’s all that matters. It’s all that matters. I’m not as worried riding this bike compared to other ones that don’t have pedals because again, it has pegs. It does not It’s basically not an ebike is what I’m trying to say. It’s electric and it’s a bike, but it’s an electric dirt bike. So, you can actually get this thing towed if a cop really wants to give you either a ticket or take it away from you and then you’re going to have to have your parents or someone come down and get it for you and it might be impounded for a couple days or I don’t know. I don’t know how that works. But I have seen someone in Clovis about 10 miles away from me. They were on the news. It was the same bike that got impounded. This is probably a few months ago. And it always worries me riding bikes like this, but then when I got it and saw how small it is, it’s like, really? You’re going to impound a kid bike? Come on, man. This is not no Siron Toaria or any of those Emotos that are really big. This is uh very small and it shouldn’t be harming anybody really. It really shouldn’t. So, here we go. 33 mph. I wonder if this uh gets any heat in it. I doubt it does. It has a mid drive motor. Mid drive motors are pretty good. Um I hear there’s a motor for this thing. I was thinking about picking it up. If you guys want to like this video, I’m gonna say this many times, too. If this gets 250 likes on this video, I will buy the ocean motor and we will start upgrading this bike. And I’m not capping. I will do it. Just let me know because the bump Oh my god. Nice and smooth. Wow. Smoother than almost all ebikes I’ve been on recently. Not smoother than the Ghost Cat. The Ghost Cat is really, really up there. But then again, those ghost cat bikes are starting at about 2500 bucks. Getting a little squirrely there while the squirrels run back. Oh, you can definitely get into some trouble with this thing. Like if you you’d be stupid with it, but I mean, this is pretty safe for the most part. But man, if I had a kid, I would probably buy him this thing. This thing is like the perfect entry level for speed, power, and having fun and being able to keep up with your friends at that, too. And you’re not breaking your wallet, either. So, here is the hill test. Let’s test this thing out. Let’s get at the very bottom. Here we go. No pedal, so just throttle only. 1 2 3. It almost lift up again on me. Look at this thing. It’s climbing. 15 16 17 m an hour coming up this. This is not bad at all. We just did the ghost cat and I believe it was 20. That goes to show you this thing has some decent power. Woo! Let’s go. Let’s go. Let’s try to hit that thing coming back. Woohoo! Oh yeah, this thing is fun as hell. Oh, I know what the hype is about now. I really do. The brakes are really good, too, guys. Really, really good brakes. No complaints. Oh. Oh, slipping a little bit. Slipping a little bit. the bridge test. Small bike should be able to fit no issues. Handlebars are a little bit wider than you would expect, but still no issues going through that. Now, I see a lot of people wanting to replace like the front fender and the rear fender. And don’t get me wrong, they’re not the best fenders, but I mean, they’re doing the job, but again, fenders are like 20 bucks, so I see why a lot of people are like replacing them and whatnot. I don’t think I would. I mean, maybe just to do it if I’m just looking for like cheap mods to do on this bike. I don’t like that it does flap, though. I’m not a big fan of it uh flapping to go around this guy. One thing you got to do on this bike compared to other ones I reviewed is because it has a chain, you definitely need to keep that thing lubricated and clean. So, that’s some maintenance that you always kind of have to do. Especially if you ride off-road, water, dirt, and stuff like that. You’re definitely got to maintain it a lot more. There we go, baby. More off-road. Hell yeah, we getting it. It’s a little slow to get up the hills, I got to say. It doesn’t have a ton of power. If you want a lot more power, you might want to go with like an RTR, even like the RTR Light or maybe a Razer MX uh 350 or 650. I think it’s a 650, I would say, to go to. But I like this thing. I like it. Oh, Last time we came through here, it was muddy. This was with the Suron. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Brakes work really good. We just slid. We’re all right. Come on. Come on. Get up the hill. There we go. There we go. Now it’s coming in. Woo. Yes. Yes. Blind corner. Blind corner. Oh. Oh. Oh. Big dip. Big dip. Whoa. Whoa. We all over the place. Glad we’re not riding with a bunch of people. I want to knock someone out right now. Oh Oh Oh. Oh man. This is way overgrown than the last time I came out here. Oh, that’s funny. Woo. Now the seat. I got to tell you, uh, not a big fan of the seat. Woah, that was really uh soft right there. I wish the seat was a little tiny bit more comfortable. It is what it is. You can replace it, but so far my uh my butt doesn’t feel that great. I’ve went about 6.7 mi. I’m only down like one battery bar, and that’s when I fully get on it. But when I let off, it goes all the way up to full battery bars. Oh, look. I’m down another battery bar now. So, we have three battery bars left out of the five. So, before I kill this thing, I’m going to go home. I’m going to plug in the dongle and I’m going to go through all the settings that I need to change and then let’s come back out here and see how much better or how much worse it feels. I don’t know. I don’t know what to expect, but I’ll give you guys my honest feedback if that dongle is worth it or not. Me personally, I’ll just tell you right now, 20 bucks is 20 bucks. I mean, you can’t afford 20 bucks, but you can buy this thing and what are you doing? You know what I mean? I think the dongle’s worth it. So, I just got back to the house. It was super easy to do this modification. The Bluetooth dongle right here is just this white cable. Well, Mine was already sticking out from this little cubby right here. I just hooked this up. Make sure you got to take this off cuz the bike won’t function after uh you hook this up. So, this is only for tuning purposes. To ride the bike, you actually have to disconnect it. It would be nice if we could leave it on there, but you can’t. And I’ll put the settings on the screen, but I basically went over here and I changed everything that was in the red. I guess this is just everything that everyone’s been saying to do that makes this bike perform a lot better. So, we did all those changes. It probably took me about 5 minutes after downloading the Far Driver app, which you can get from using this QR code that’s right on there, too. Or I’ll put a picture up on the screen so you guys can see where to get it from the app store. But without further ado, uh I think we going to take this thing out for another spin and see how it feels. All right, we’re rocking and rolling with this new tune. Mine, we have 8 miles on this battery. I tried to charge it, but you actually can’t charge it when hooking up the Bluetooth dongle. Definitely feels like the bike got louder, though. I’ll say that. I don’t know if that’s just because the chain or what, but it definitely sounds like it got louder. Do I notice that much power difference getting the speed? Not really. I do feel like it did give it a little tiny bit like more punch, but nothing crazy crazy. And keep in mind our uh maximum top speed. Let me go on here real quick and check. It was 33.7. So, let’s see if we can beat 33.7. Even though we are down like technically two battery bars. Whoa. Crap. Okay, that that definitely felt faster. That caught me off surprise. I thought it was going to be gradual, but nope. We’re already past 22 mph. 26 30 Oh yeah. No, this definitely uh woke it up a little bit. Look, 33 34 35 36 Oh wow. Damn, there’s a really big jump. Oh yeah. Four more miles an hour with less battery in it. 40 m an hour on the the stock display. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. That what is that? 37 37 m an hour. There we go. So with my weight being like 163 lbs right now. I’ve been losing a little bit of weight. I was at 168. That’s not too bad. I feel like I’m a heavy rider for this bike. I think this bike only holds up to like 230 lb or 240 lb. So, I’m not super right there on the dot, but I mean, I’m up there compared to a kid riding this thing. So, I feel like if someone did this modification, you would definitely probably get like 39 mph, maybe even 40. Just really depends on the road and your weight. But, man, that’s actually a really good increase. I’m really curious to see when we ride this thing again in another video with a full battery charge and see how this thing performs. I think one thing that would really make this thing really different would be street tires. You wouldn’t have that rolling resistance. And real quick, oo, look at this hill. Look at this hill. Sir, can I ride over here? Yeah. Okay, cool. Here we go. See how it climbs this. Oh, wow. Oh, it’s definitely climbing way better. Way better than before. It did not climb that good the last time. Woo! Hell yeah. Hell yeah. $20. Well worth the upgrade. Woo! Oh, I really like this thing. I like it. Oh, yeah. This thing is uh pretty fun. It is like a little toy. Look at that. 35 36 again. Oh yeah, we are cooking on this thing. Now, here’s one thing I really like about the bike is look how stable it is. Over 30 m an hour. You can use your legs to grip and I can turn around and see everything. I don’t have to worry about the bike kind of going side to side, my body weight like looking like this and seeing who’s behind me. You can even do it no-handed. Like look, I can bring both my hands over here and I don’t have to worry about the bike going anywhere. It is super sturdy. It’s a little sketchy off-road, but once you get the hang of it, because it’s only my first couple miles, like first 10 miles, um, yeah, it’s it’ll be pretty easy to to maneuver it on the dirt. It just it’s a little different than the street, but this thing hooks up pretty well. Oh, man. Man. Okay, the battery is going pretty quick, though. We’re down to two battery bars. I don’t think we’re going to be able to ride out here much longer, but I’m really liking it. I don’t know how many times I’m going to say it in this video. I don’t care what it is. If I buy it, it gets sent to me. I don’t care if it’s $5,000, $2,000. I have no idea. But okay, what the people suck. Anyways, if this video gets $250 likes, I will buy the motor upgrade for this thing and we’ll figure it out. I don’t know if we need a controller with that motor or not. I don’t think you really do, but if I have to buy both, I’ll buy both. We’ll get a far driver controller and the motor. But this video has to get 250 likes. And if you guys wonder why I didn’t really review this bike like thorough, like you know, going through everything, all the specs, it’s just because there’s so many videos out there. And I really just wanted to get my initial impression on how this thing was. I didn’t know what to expect. I just know it’s the cheapest electric dirt bike on Amazon, and it’s for a good reason. This thing is badass. I can’t say anything bad about it. I don’t really like the grips, but you can change the grips out. I don’t like how close the display is, but if we get a new controller, that’ll probably change that. Um, the handlebar placement is actually pretty good. It actually sits higher than I thought it was. So, I don’t really think a handlebar placement is like needed. The fenders I don’t think are needed, but it’s a cheap upgrade if you want to spend like 40 or 50 bucks. I think there’s a website called uh Serial Knot. If you go on there, Serial Knots, it’s like astronaut uh.com, you can find some parts on there for fenders. They are pricey though. They’re like 33 bucks for the fenders. Um, but they make them for this directly or you can mount some uh different fenders up to the front. I see some people making mounting hardware and stuff like that. But this thing is really cool if you just want to get your son, child, or even you, a grown ass adult, riding this thing. I’m 38 years old and I am having a blast on this thing. No complaints. The only thing is if you take this where it needs to be nice and quiet, some people might complain about the noise of it. Kind of like a Serrano Taria, but I don’t think you’re going to get too many crazy people, but you might get somebody. But anyways, I love all you guys. You guys are the true MVPs of this channel. I think I’m going to ride around just a little bit longer just for the sake of it cuz I’m having so much fun. But that was pretty much the video, guys. Wait until we do video number two on this thing. Maybe I’ll go ride with the kids around my area and see if we can get a group ride going. This thing will fit in uh real nice.
