Meet Australia’s CHEAPEST plug-in hybrid – would you pick this over an Outlander?

This is the new most affordable plug-in hybrid you can get in Australia. This is the Cherry Tigo7 Super Hybrid Urban. And from just 39 990, that’s drive away, not even before onroads, you can get into one of these. Cherry claims a range of up to 90 km uh on a single charge. We haven’t evaluated that yet. I think this test has been a bit short for that, but we’ll get that back on a later date. But check out the inside. Lots of equipment in here. There’s not a whole lot you miss out on on this base car compared to the topsp spec one. Plenty of room on the inside as well. It’s probably not quite as big as a Mitsubishi Outlander, but it is a lot cheaper. So, tell us what you think in the comments below. It can also charge on DC as you can see here, and it’s got V2L. But tell us what you think in the comments below. Would you pick one of these, take a chance on a Cherry Super Hybrid, or would you pay much more money for an established car like a Mitsubishi Outlander? Tell us in the comments below. And as always, make sure to check out our full written review over at carsguide.com.au pretty soon.
