Active Steering Assist from Mercedes-Benz will help keep you centered.
When ESP and Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC are turned on, Active Steering Assist can help you drive in, and stay in, the center of your lane.
Note: the vehicle does not steer autonomously. When the system switches from active to passive, the status display will request that the driver takes over steering the vehicle entirely. If you do not steer for a prolonged period of time or if you take your hands off the steering wheel, a message will appear in the driver display and a warning tone will sound.
