Renault Kangoo has an e-variant.
Only thing I can think of that is remotely similar is the new Hyundai Inster.
The stellantis group have a few. Vauxhall/opel combo e. Peugeot e rifter, Citroen e Berlingo.
Piaggio ape electric version might be a good bet. It is even smaller than the yards you pictured. I use it every day from home to work and to move a bit of cargo when needed, does it flawlessly with 0 effort.

Try looking for electric kei-trucks. Japan got the small cars figured out.
Try the Kia Ray. It’s only made in Korea but it doesn’t have a B pillar and has sliding doors so it’s great for delivery. The safety standard is a bit questionable though.
The Mitsubishi i-miev/Peugeot ion?
