Tires are slightly narrower than the rim (ignore the hubcap). They’re fine for now, but when you replace them, look at the tire/load sticker in the driver’s door jamb (or in the owner’s manual if you got one) for the correct size to buy.

Those are hub caps/wheel covers, you can see the actual steel wheel behind them. Nothing to worry about.

Yup, it looks fine to me, steel wheels with hubcaps. Looks like a normal car. If you’re worried and want an in person inspection, just go to a local tire and they can explain further.
