Got my first flat a couple days ago and am likely gonna take it into discount tire. If it is not patch able, I’m not sure if I should just get a singular new tire, the front two new tires, or all four new.

Probably but from this picture those tires look pretty cooked anyway.

Not worth it, never go cheapo on tyres and brakes. Could save your life and your loved ones plus bystanders….
Worth patching. You could drive on that for another couple of thousand kilometers
Just get a new set of tires. Worn out tires are basically an accident waiting to happen. You will either slide out of control during rain or the tires will straight up explode. I don’t get why people are so apprehensive about replacing tires that are clearly done
