Just bought a 2nd hand Toyota Corolla Conquest 2007. The previous owner installed Apple Carplay. In the glove box, there’s an iPhone cable head (masculine) to plug into an iphone. I have an Android ph. Can I buy either a) and adapter for an android phone connection, and if so what and where? b) Can u plug in a wireless bluetooth adaptor into an iPhone plug and will that connect to my android phone? c) Any suggestions to make my android ph connect to this setup would be appreciated. Thankyou in advance.

android phones do not have apple carplay
Is the head unit compatible with android auto? If no then you’re wasting your time.
If yes then you’ll have to drop your glove box which is very easy to do on a Corolla, just YouTube it. Once the glovebox is down you should be able to trace that cable back, it’s just an apple cable plugged into a usb cable or port in the back of the head unit. Swap with a usb-c cable then reassemble and you’re good to go.
It depends on what the head unit is
