I’d say air, if you slow it down the gap on the rear is a bit lower in the shipyard than on the highway, which would make sense. Also, it looks a bit reboundy on bumps which could be bad tuning, or bags.

it’s on air. you can see during different cuts the difference in lip to fender gap. some shots show more tire sidewall, others are tight to the lip.
