But this one is really weird because it’s very small, looks like half of a normal size car and also the exterior look is weird.

Twizzy looks better. I wonder how a 50cc engine handles it? My fearless moped is 110c and 125cc is becoming the norm.

After some research it looks like a Micromach Mach1, an electric mini car suitable to AM licence holders. It looks rebadged though, and I do not know why.

I’ve seen quite some of these in northern Italy, they started appearing maybe a couple of years ago.
It’s electric and can be driven with a moped license.
In the rest of Italy people seem to prefer these unified Citroen Ami, Opel Rocks and Fiat Topolino for this kind of mobility.

Here in Italy we have a law that allows everyone to drive a “mini car”, that must be under 50cc displacement, without a driver license. Usually those cars are very small and ugly, like this for example: [Microcar pic](https://www.eikom.it/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/microcar-autosenzapatente.jpg) or [these](http://www.abmnews.com/blog/minicar-in-due-da-16-anni/).
