Should I get it?

I’m thinking about buying this ‘92 Mitsubishi 3000GT sl coupe. I got him down to $1500. Runs and drives, about 200K on the odometer. Cons are the speedometer and odometer don’t work, someone cut off the cat, and the tach is kinda glitchy. It’s also pretty gutted. Pros are it comes with brand new mufflers, resonators, LED headlights, and coilovers, and it has brand new tires on it with less than 100 miles. I love the car and the price is insanely cheap, but I don’t want to put much money or time into it. Just wondering if it’s worth buying and how reliable it’ll be. Any opinions?
