thinking of getting an sc400 but i’m obsessed with the body style of the s13. But the aftermarket prices for it is way too much. should i stick with sc400 or any alternatives with similar body to the s13?
I rather get sc300. 300 comes with 2jz na and 5spd. Sc400 is v8 and auto only. Or get a soarer with the 1jzt.

Depends what you want… as a person I’ll modify anything I own so for me…
Ill spend the same money on either car… the stock 1uz is not the v8 you think it is… it’s tuned way down and strangled for emissions it’s home was cars like the ls400 so it’s a luxury v8 designed to be quiet and smooth performance wasn’t even part of the recipe. So your gonna spend the money you save making it not slower than a 1.6 corollla.
However. Spend that money on the uz and you won’t be disappointed they go absolutely fuckn nuts cammed up and twin turbo. And will make more power than a 20det and remain relatively reliable.
