Known issue with sticky door panels on a 2006 Lexus IS250. I bought some material to cover these panels but I’m trying to neutralize the stickiness or find a compatible adhesive . Does anyone have any idea what material these are coated with? When I wipe down with acetone, it shows a greenish tint?

Looks like you are removing the rubber coated layer.
Don’t use acetone to clean plastic, it’s too chemically similar and can degrade the material extremely quickly
Silicone soft touch material, it degrades over time. Or polyurethane double shot.
Acetone eats a lot of plastics, so IDK what you were expecting. You’re just seeing what the black silicone/polyurethane looks like when you’ve diluted it with a strong solvent.
You can throw that panel away now, there is no restoring it. Probably years of armor-all or some other shit breaking down the plastics.
I would probably just sand it until it gets smooth and it probably would be good enough to glue the fabric you bought with normal upholstery spray adhesive.
Would be good to degrease it after that with silicone remover as long as it doesn’t attack the coating on the panel, if it does then clean the panel with soapy water then sand with gloves on and clean sanding paper to not introduce any contaminants then dust it off and you can put it together.
Never had to do it personaly though but that would be my plan.
