Need help identifying a car from Cars and Coffee this morning

I’m a big car guy and it’s rare that something stumps me, but I couldn’t figure this one out. It had not badging other than Reliant on the center of the steering wheel. I assume it’s a 70’s era British car. This was taken in TN, USA
