Isn’t the 25 year rule you don’t have to test it and meet strict regulations after they turn 25? Hence why they become importable.
Unless you’re in Cali, then it’s probably different since they go hard on emissions.
Maybe talk to an importer from or near the state you are in.
Emissions dont matter but some states have banned kei trucks due to safety regulations
I have seen 2 in the past week, hopefully you are in Florida.
