I think I drove over some broken glass a few months back. My mom is freaking out over it, but I think it may not necessarily warrant a replacement. Both of my front tires have these cuts.

Tire looks fine.
Nope. The tread is a pretty thick part of the tire and those cuts are just on the tread lug. If there was damage to the sidewall, deep damage to the tread or in between it might be cause for concern. But this seems fine.

Your tread looks low to me from this angle so I’d say yes, but not because of the glass.
It’s okay. However, if you see exposed internal structure (metal wires) don’t drive on it anymore. If it’s just scratched rubber it’s fine.
Monitor for more chinks like that, looks like you’re borderline dry rot
