To get the info you need, just check either your owner’s manual or the trailering information label on the driver’s door jamb. These labels on 2019 and newer Chevy
Trucks provide combined vehicle and trailering information. Gross Vehicle Weight Rating, Gross Combined Weight Rating, Gross Axle Weight Rating, curb weight, and tongue weight. With this information, take your truck’s curb weight then add the weight of passengers, cargo and fuel. Subtract that sum from your truck’s Gross Combined Weight Rating.
