Swedish car ”Subculture”
Hi,
I dont know if this has been posted here before but i wanted to share some Swedish ”ratrod/partycar” culture with you guys. (Really hard to find the right word for it in english”
This subculture is the complete opposite to those who likes to keep the old ”yank tanks” in mint condition, This subculture is all about Drinking, partying and Rock’n Roll!
And this ”Subculture” has been growing really big now with the younger generation.
The cars are called ”Pilsnerbilar” translated to english ”Beer car” You can search for it on google and youtube.
Yes the cars are completely street legal, Sweden doesn’t require inspection for cars older then 50yrs. But the police do flying inspections sometimes. But they pretty tolerant 😂
And it is Legal to Drink alcohol as a passenger, So you could those cars are a Rolling dancefloor/party 😅
Whats your opinion about this? 🙈

To me it’s a form of a rat rod looks pretty cool
This was posted yesterday and the day before I’m sure ? Maybe I’m wrong but 100% seen these cars either this sub or another sub more than once I’m a couple of days
Better than the hoodrats at the takeovers lol
I fucking love these. Holy hell.
Road salt will do that to cars 10 years and older.
I’m an American in Germany and it blows my mind how many Germans love the old huge American cars. Cadillacs and Lincoln’s and what not
Seems like a bunch of shit apples driving a bunch of shit mobiles.
I love them so, so much.
Because they’re taking the cars that would be put into the crusher in the US, cars that are generally past the point of being restorable. It’s great that they’re given a second life
Why is the boot so low in all of them? Like it looks like someone has dropped something too heavy in there and bent the whole frame.
Hell yea! Low and slow babyyyyyy
Completely perfect! 100%
Rat rods meet low-lows
Briefly thought this was /r/midjourney
Reminds me of high school in the 70’s MN nothing but rusted junk with nice rims/tires in the parking lot.
I dig it
