I made a full carbon 4×4 V-Weave C8 convertible. I went with the Infusion process. Need to finish the door jambs but that’s almost done. The paint is a blue flop we did in shop.

Not feeling the wheels but the rest is pretty damn incredible. Love the color.

Effing incredible. I can’t imagine the planning to get the angle of the weave to be uniform enough across body panels. How does something like this even work? Is it carbon over the actual panels, or did you make molds of every single body panel, then lay carbon in those molds?

I just can’t even comprehend how something like this is done both one-off and high quality.

  3. Amazing!!!

Carbon over panels or carbon panels replaced oem panels?

  4. Looks to me like the wheel/carbon combo needs to be seen in person. The small details on the lips look like match up nicely. Gorgeous btw. How much weight did you shave?

Any weight savings after all of that incredible work?

I’ve worked with carbon, making kayaks. I can’t imagine how hard it must have been to get all that weave into those shapes that evenly.

Wait so theres carbon on top of the paint? So this is actually heavier than stock? Seems like a lot of work just for ‘the look’
