Idk if this is the right sub for this but I’ve never really done any mechanical work, but I was in a pitch for money and decided I would try and do my own work. All I did was change the oil and replace the top motor mount that was shot. Luckily the other mounts were fine but the top one was basically gone. I saved myself about $300 from the quote my mechanic gave me.
My car is driving smooth now and I feel super proud!
