Here in the Netherlands it would be the Citroën C1, Peugeot 106, Toyota Aygo which are all just rebadges of one another, and any Opel, Volkswagen, BMW and Audi made in the late 90’s to early 2000’s

Where I live, trucks and SUVs/crossovers. All of them. The role of basic transportation has mostly been eclipsed by SUVs and crossovers. Where you used to see Accords, Civics, Camrys, and Corollas, you now see RAV4s, Highlanders, CRVs, and other miscellaneous vehicles I can’t be bothered to name.
I don’t get the appeal of two row SUVs or crossovers. They seat the same number of people a sedan or hatchback can and are more expensive. Sure, there’s more cargo room, but what average family uses ***that*** much space at once? Our weekly groceries can’t even take up more than 50% of our Corolla’s admittedly mediocre trunk.

Honda Civic I think, just because they’re also considered the “I just want it to work” car, but they’re more common now because they don’t have the Toyota badge markup.
Otherwise Hyundai Elantra.
Rav 4 or CRV could also easily take the cake.
Xerox-M57
I do not know a single person who drives a CRV. That would be my pick. But don’t disrespect the RAV4 like this- I know people that actually drive them, so to me they are not NPC cars.

Not that. A crossover because women need to “sit up high” and they need AWD incase a snowflake hits the ground.
