Circle K currently has 10 locations in Canada and is adding more pretty quickly. They actually switched to per kWh billing months ago and charged 60 cents per kWh which was substantially higher than other options.
Apparently they didn’t file paperwork properly because the government told them to stop.
Now they’ve updated it and also reduced it to a much more reasonable price.
