Evo 8, and actually a JDM

Seeing a lot of USDM, EUDM etc cars posted here recently that are not JDM. And there are always arguments in the comments. A Japanese branded car is not JDM.
There is a common misconception that any Japanese branded car is JDM; however, this is not true. Only a vehicle made in Japan specifically to be sold in Japan is considered JDM. My Evo 8, despite being in the UK, is axruakky JDM. I is a GSR spec that was only made in Japan, for Japan. That’s what JDM is. Mt mates Evo 9, that was bought new from Mitsu in the UK is a UKDM evo 9. NOT a JDM like my Imported 8.
