The customer I sold this Used Electric Car to is back and he is not happy!

Many of you warned me that selling this used electric Nissan Leaf from my car dealership would bite me even though we had already repaired it once!

Now the customer is back with a big problem with the EV Battery and wants to claim against his warranty.

How much is it going to costs me to get this electric cars problems sorted and keep the customer happy?
