Plattsburgh police investigate fatal e-bike crash
The Plattsburgh City Police Department is investigating a fatal crash involving a vehicle and an electric bike at the intersection of Margaret Street and Cumberland Avenue.

The Plattsburgh City Police Department is investigating a fatal crash involving a vehicle and an e-bike at the intersection of Margaret Street and Cumberland Avenue.
Officers responded to a 911 call just after 8:30 p.m. on Thursday for a crash with life-threatening injuries. When they arrived, police said the bicyclist died at the scene.
The driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene and is cooperating with the investigation, according to Plattsburgh City police. No arrests have been made at this time.
At this time, police have not identified the woman who died in the crash.
The intersection was closed until the early morning hours on Friday while police worked to clear the scene and investigate the accident.
