After the sporty One and Ultra, it will be Simple’s first family electric scooter

Simple’s upcoming family-oriented electric scooter will be called the Wave. It was earlier speculated that the name would be Arrive, but new information confirms otherwise. The e-scooter is all set to be launched on September 2.
The brand is known for making sporty e-scooters – One and the Ultra – but the Wave branches the range in a different direction. Given its nature, the Simple Wave is expected to have a much more conventional design, as compared to its siblings.
It’s also expected to have a range of about 180 km. Features-wise, we can expect a TFT display, with smartphone connectivity, navigation, and other connected features. With all of that, it could be priced around Rs 1.3 lakh (ex-showroom), and go up against Ather Rizta, Bajaj Chetak C2501, Vida VX2, TVS Orbiter, and Ampere Nexus.
