Adding a 55 mph Range Test Would Further Round Out the Out of Spec Methodology

Analysis of the delta between the tests would be valuable. And there are many highways that are 55 mph.

I respect the excellent quality of the Out of Spec team. And I am hoping to surface this idea so that they consider my suggestion.
