A teen on an electric bike was rushed to the hospital after they were struck by a vehicle in Wilton Manors on Thursday, officials said.
The crash happened in the area of N. Andrews Avenue and Northwest 29th Street.
Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue officials said the 17-year-old was taken to the trauma center at Broward Health Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
Aerial footage from Chopper 6 showed the e-bike laying in the roadway as officers investigated.
No other details were immediately known.
