The lion has always been at the heart of Peugeot. Through our partnership with Born Free, it has become a symbol of our commitment to protecting wildlife, supporting education and helping communities live alongside nature.

Since 2023, we have proudly supported Born Free as its official Education Partner, helping to deliver conservation initiatives in Kenya that support both people and wildlife.

This video highlights the impact of that work in 2025. From removing snares and installing deterrent lights to building protective fences, these projects help reduce human-wildlife conflict and create safer environments for local communities and lions alike. Conservation teams also work on the ground to monitor wildlife, protect habitats and inspire young people through education programmes.

In Meru, the arrival of new lion cubs is a positive sign for the future.
Together with Born Free, we’re proud to support conservation efforts that help protect wildlife and biodiversity for generations to come.
