Retrospec Lightweight Folding E-Bikes & Bikes

If you are trying to fit a folding bike into a small car, it’s a good idea to find the smallest folding bike you can. The same rule applies to e-bikes. In this video, I am able to fit a folding cargo e-bike and a regular folding bike in the back of my Toyota Prius. The bikes in the video are very small and light mini Velo style folding bikes made by Retrospec. These are the Retrospec Judd bikes. The Retrospec Judd is a single speed bike with a coaster brake that weighs about 22 pounds, and the Retrospec Judd Rev 2 is an electric version that weighs about 40 pounds and has a top speed of 20 mph. These are very lightweight bikes for what they can do, and if you need a very lightweight or very small bike to take in your car with you or take on a train, these are great options. In this video, I take the two retrospect Judd foldable bikes out of the back of my Prius and show you how to unfold them.
