My wife and I were visiting Amherst, Nova Scotia, Canada today and while taking a walk, we discovered this car/motorcycle/thing chained up by the corner of Eddy St and Victoria St. It has four wheels, a body, and a sunroof like a car, but has a motorcycle-style steering column on the inside of it. Only one seat in it.
I have absolutely no clue what it is.
