New Mercedes-Benz S 450 e PHEV – India’s first-ever plug-in hybrid S-Class. This is not just another S-Class update. Mercedes-Benz has introduced its flagship luxury sedan with a plug-in hybrid powertrain, around 115 km of pure electric range, 435 hp, 680 Nm and 0-100 km/h in 5.7 seconds. It also gets MB.OS, the latest MBUX, AIRMATIC air suspension, rear-axle steering, 15 airbags and over 2,700 new or updated components. So yes, it is still the S-Class we know for luxury, comfort and presence. But now, it can also drive silently on electric power for city commutes, with petrol backup for longer journeys.
