Let’s see if this luxurious Japanese all-wheel-drive cruiser can conquer modern traffic and our ruthless survival trials!
π₯ STAGE 1: THE DYNAMIC REALITY CHECK
Mazda officially claims a sporty 0-100 km/h sprint of 5.8 seconds for its most powerful PHEV configuration in history. How does the hybrid system perform in the real world?
**My Dragy measurement (0-100 km/h): 6.7 seconds!** π
(A 0.9-second loss compared to the factory data. Although the 4WD system provides excellent traction, the weight of the lithium-ion battery makes itself known during a hard launch. Still, 6.7 seconds is a fantastic result for such a massive and luxurious SUV, and the electric motor provides great throttle response. Outcome: Survived with class!).
β½ STAGE 2: THE HYBRID EFFICIENCY RUN
**Joe Black Fuel Consumption Test: 6.0 l/100 km.** π
(According to the provided specs, fuel consumption can be around 8.1 L/100 km. In my test, thanks to smart energy management and the 17.8 kWh battery, I managed to drop it down to a phenomenal 6.0 liters! Beating the factory stats by over 2 liters in such a powerful SUV is pure proof that the i-ELOOP and e-SKYACTIV systems work wonders in daily driving).
