Hyundai has officially launched the updated 2026 IONIQ 5 electric car in India with major upgrades in battery, range, technology, and safety. The biggest highlight of the new model is its larger 84 kWh battery pack, which now delivers a claimed driving range of up to 690 km (ARAI-certified).
The updated IONIQ 5 also gets revised front and rear bumpers, new alloy wheel designs, updated lighting elements, and refreshed interiors with Hyundai’s latest connected car technology. Hyundai has added features like wireless Android Auto & Apple CarPlay, OTA updates, a new ccNC infotainment system, and improved ADAS safety features.
