A Lititz man riding an e-bike was seriously injured in a vehicle crash late Thursday afternoon while trying to cross Rothsville Road on the Warwick to Ephrata Rail Trail, according to Northern Lancaster County Regional police.
Shortly before 6 p.m., an 83-year-old woman driving a Hyundai Elantra north on Rothsville road struck the 61-year-old man, who was headed east toward Ephrata on the trail, police said in a news release Friday.
Rothsville Fire Department and EMS rendered aid to the man, and the woman was uninjured.
Police continue to investigate the cause of the collision.
