For example, "Sedan" (US) vs "Saloon" (UK), both mean exactly the same thing. So why do we have different words if both are exactly the same body type?
To simplify at the top level would you say we can put everything into 3 very basic categories? (Car, Truck, Motorbike). Or is this far too simple, we need space for SUV, Van, Specialty, and a lot of others?
