Gasgoo Munich- BYD’s Ocean series launched two new models: the 2026 Seal 06 GT and the Seal 06 DM-i wagon. The Seal 06 GT is priced between 128,900 and 169,900 yuan, while the Seal 06 DM-i wagon ranges from 111,900 to 139,900 yuan.
The 2026 Seal 06 GT features BYD’s fast-charging technology and second-generation Blade batteries, offering a pure electric range of up to 620 km. Its 240 kW motor accelerates the car from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.5 seconds. The model includes the DiSus-C intelligent body damping control system and road preview, along with a high-speed blowout stability control system effective up to 140 km/h.
For intelligent driving, it uses the “God’s Eye” B laser-assisted system (DiPilot-300), supporting city and highway navigation and automated parking in all scenarios. The smart cockpit is powered by DiLink 150.
Comfort features include an 8-way power-adjustable driver’s seat with 4-way lumbar support, a 66-liter front trunk, 127-color ambient lighting, a refrigerator, a 12-speaker Dynaudio system, and a VTOL mobile power station. Exterior options include Mirror Sea Silver and Portia Rose, with interior dual-tone schemes in Twilight Purple and Warm White.
The 2026 Seal 06 DM-i wagon is BYD’s first plug-in hybrid model with a pure electric range of 300 km. CLTC range options are 200 km and 300 km, with fuel consumption of 3.15 L/100 km in depleted battery mode (NEDC). It uses a dedicated power-type Blade battery, charging from 30% to 80% in 20 minutes. The car adds four scenario modes: Child Mode, Car Wash Mode, Rest Mode, and Camping Mode, equipped with a W-HUD and road preview.
Safety systems include an optional “God’s Eye” B laser-assisted driving system (DiPilot 300) supporting “God’s Eye” 5.0, driver fatigue monitoring, E-CALL, and I-CALL 24-hour service. Exterior colors add Extreme Tide Green and Obsidian Black, while the cabin introduces a Twilight Blue scheme.
