Hongqi Qijian CA7460 is a luxury sedan produced by the Chinese automaker FAW Group under its Hongqi (Red Flag) brand between 1998 and 2005. It is most notable for being a licensed rebadged version of the third-generation Lincoln Town Car, built on Ford’s famous Panther platform.

Powered by a Ford 4.6-liter Modular V8 engine producing approximately 210 hp (158 kW) and 392 Nm of torque.

Equipped with a 4-speed automatic transmission.

Top speed was roughly 185 km/h, with a 0–100 km/h acceleration time of approximately 11 seconds.

Hongqi added a signature "Red Flag" hood ornament, a unique grille, and revised front/rear lighting and bumpers.

The car was born from a collaboration between Ford and FAW to provide a modern flagship for the Chinese government. Despite its prestige, it never achieved high sales volume and is now considered extremely rare. Most units were finished in black and were primarily used by government organizations or as high-end hotel transport.
