I traded a 300,000 mile front end damaged 2008 Honda Accord for a similarly damaged 96 accord with a five speed and this was thrown in just because they didn’t have a way to, Let’s just say collect it before it was gonna get towed. So they said if I could get it towed, it was mine and luckily they had the original towbar for the front and I got it out of there. No problem.
It starts and runs and sounds really really good, but the clutch disc is nonexistent and the master cylinder shot and someone loosened the shifting linkage to get it to barley drive it to where I pulled it away from.
71,000 original miles pretty much fully stock and has all the plastics and everything intact in there just sitting in the trunk and even the rear hatch cover thing as well as the original head unit and speakers and just everything works. It was obviously garage kept as none of the plastics are brittle and there’s only one crack I can see anywhere in the dash.
How did I do? I’m gonna give it to my gf once I fix the clutch problems and put new bushings and tighten the linkage
