Rubbing question

First off, I am not "stanced" as far as this sub goes, just figured you guys might be the right ones to ask about this.

I just lowered my car and notice this black rim around the corner of the front tires. It doesn't appear that any material is getting picked up. I've been driving with my windows cracked to listen for rubbing but I haven't heard or felt any. Would rolling my fenders fix this? How concerning is this in the meantime?
