1959 Ford Galaxie 500

Not selling here but if this is not allowed please remove! This car was my dad’s and he left it to me when he passed. The intention has always been to repair her to her former glory but unfortunately she has just been sitting since he passed. I can’t let her continue to rot so I’m considering selling her so someone who has more time and the money to fix it, can. She deserves to go to someone who can take care of her. Obviously I’m not taking this well so I don’t want my sentimental value of it to outweigh what it’s actually worth. Im open to any suggestions and ideas for what a fair price to sell her at would be. I also don’t know much about cars so I don’t wanna get taken advantage of.

She needs a lot of work but if I’m honest I wouldn’t even begin to know where to start. I know it has a new carburetor and alternator, but mechanically that’s the most information I have.
