SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) — Springfield police arrested a 16-year-old boy Saturday evening on Frank B Murray Street, following reports of a stolen e-bike.
Around 5:35 p.m., right outside Union Station, reports came in of the robbery. The suspect displayed the handle of what appeared to be a firearm
Officers arrived about 30 minutes later, locating the suspect, discovering the weapon to be a bb gun, and placing him under arrest.
